Role Sr. Software Developer
Responsibilities
- Involves in a complete Software-Product Development Lifecycle
- Designs, Develops and Implements Software Application
- Uses Technical Knowledge to provide recommendations for enhancements and functional changes in the proposed Product
- Documents Product Requirements and Specifications
- Assigns work to other technical team members
- Assists junior software developers in achieving given goals
- Creates technical and functional documentation
- Maintains software product
- Assures Quality and Performance of the software
- Assures on-time delivery of the software releases
- Thoroughly Tests software product
- Basic knowledge of Cloud Computing
- Implements moderately complex but large Application in compliance with organization’s IT policies and procedures
- Maintains confidentiality and discretion in business relationships and organizational intellectual properties
Education
- MCA, M.E, M Tech with 5-8 Years of Experience in IT
- B.E. CE, B.E. IT, B Tech, BCA with 8-10 Years of Experience in IT
Qualifications
- 5-10 Years of Experience in Web Application Development
- 3 Years of Experience in REST Services
- 5 Years of Experience in .Net Framework
- 5 Years of Experience in RDBMS
- 5 Years of Experience in HTML, JavaScript, jQuery and CSS
- 3 Years of Experience in ASP.Net MVC
- Possess deep knowledge of OOPs programming concepts
- Possess knowledge of relational database concepts
- Ability to interpret business rules and translate them into program logic
- Ability to develop and execute test cases
- Ability to lead and manage team of 3-5 junior software developers
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Effectively communicate with co-workers, peers and upper management on both IT and Business side
- Ability to follow detailed instructions with minimal supervision
- Experience with Microsoft Windows Azure is highly desired
- A big plus if you have a Pet Project or a Technical Blog

- Gets approvals of each design element from the upper management
- Converts Graphics Design to Web Theme (HTML + CSS)
- Creates Responsive Design
Education
- University Degree in Fine Arts with at-least 3-5 Years of Experience in Graphics Design
- Design Portfolio is a must have
Qualifications
- Excellent Creative Design skills
- Ability to provide innovative designs
- Proven competence in designing websites, landing pages and emails
- Diligent work ethics, must work with minimal supervision
- Must be a self-motivated and able to take the initiatives to get the job done
- Previous experience in Online Advertising is a big plus
- Ability to provide al-least 2-3 alternatives for each major design element
