Job Description: As a part of Essar’s vision for developing Talent for long term organizational requirements, the Faculty has to get involved in various initiatives started by Essar. Primarily, The Faculty would get involved in training of Diploma and Graduate Engineers joining us in various cadre building programs.
They have to develop an understanding of plant / site / project skills and competency requirements, develop training materials according to the requirement and get involved in all aspect of overall development of fresh technical talents.
Also they may have an opportunity to get involved in delivery of various learning initiatives as and when implemented.
The Position Requirements:
Education : M. Tech – Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Civil
Experience : 3-5 years academics / teaching experience from college of repute
Competency:
- Excellent command over spoken and written English
- Extraordinary communication skills
- Pleasant personality
- Have genuine and deep interest for the teaching profession.
